Err yarr! 2025 DONE!
2025 Completed it – And another absolute unreal year – I don’t think i’ll be able to put into words just how good it was, but ill give it a go!
The closest wedding I done was at West Brewery on Glasgow Green (a mere 6 minute drive!) and the furthest being The Kingshouse in Glen Coe and then everywhere in between. It was also amazing to go back to some of my favourite venues;
- The Engine Works, Glasgow
- Sloans, Glasgow
- St Lukes & The Winged Ox, Glasgow
- Crossbaskets Castle, Glasgow
- Barras Art and Design, Glasgow
- The Kingshouse Hotel, Glen Coe
- West on the Green, Glasgow
- and FINALLY got to Rowallan Castle, Kilmaurs and the incredible Dunglass Estate!

Was also amazing to work with so many of my favourite wedding suppliers as well – I actually cant even begin to list them all, so I’ll probably do a separate blog on that. But I don’t think many people can say they like the majority of their co workers! And if we don’t…. at least its only a day eh! I’ll work with anybody as long as they give the couple the best experience possible.
It is really important that couples should spend time picking suppliers, especailly personal ones like photographers, videographers, humanists etc. I would always want a couple to get the right photographer than me get the job! I know every photographer says “My clients are the best” but I flat out refuse to believe every single photographer is as lucky as I am, cause I can honestly say every single couple you see below was an absolute belter.
I was grinning like an idiot going through all of these.
My 2026 New Years Resolution will be to start taking notes of all the amazing patter I heard at weddings this year. I was really hoping to include some it in here but I forgot 99.8% of it, which is a shame, cause seriously – 2025 was some laugh.
