Nicola & Alasdair had a summer wedding at Montrose Street. They married in a small ceremony in the Kelvin Suite at 23 Montrose Street, Glasgow Registry Office on a beautiful (ROASTING) summer day.

Now, I just want to vent a bit – see the mental heat waves we’ve been having? I hate them! Folk always come up to me at wedding and go “Oh at least you’ve got the weather for it!” Its rotten for photographs! Too hot, people squinting, cameras over heating…. I’m a goth, but still – give me overcast any day! Rant out the way, lets talk about these two belters.

With morning prep at Native Places above The Anchor Line – Gorgeous wee serviced apartments a stones throw from George Square. It was class watching the bride and groom to be fire on the sunglasses and walk the short journey to the venue – Cool A.F.

The Kelvin suite Montrose Street

Nicola & Alasdair got married in the Kelvin Suite – The larger of the two rooms at Montrose Street.

After the ceremony, Nicola and Alasdair enjoyed a quiet drink at BrewDog in the Merchant City. They then headed to The Citizen for their speeches and dinner.

Nicola and Alasdair’s wedding was a perfect example of how a small, intimate ceremony can be just as special as a massive bad boy.
