Georgia & Callum were looking for a Photographer for their wedding at St Lukes . They wanted someone who wasn’t overly posey that could get them cool photos around the city – I’m yer man!
St Lukes is one of my favourite venues. I am a huge fan of shooting in the City Centre. And there isnt many more iconic city centre locations than in and around The Barras Market.
The day started off at Voco Grand Central Glasgow Hotel for bridal prep alongside my amazing assistant Georgia from Forest Lace Photography and the insanely handsome Rory from RHB Wedding Films.
Stefania from Amo Capelli Hair & Beauty and Rachel Louise Make Up Artist took care of the bride and her bridesmaids. I only popped in to say hello as I jetted off to see Callum and the lads at the venue – Saint Luke’s & The Winged Ox

I arrived at St Lukes to be greeted by my big hairy friend – Andrew D Scott Celebrant! <3
Right, now, I know he is everybody’s friend, but I knew him first! Me and the Big Man were consultants for a franchising company and travelled the country together. (If you ask nice ill show you a photo of me and him at Lands End!). What can I say about Andrew? He is the biggest, most bombastic celebrant I know and is perfect if you’re into that sort of thing. I’ve never not seen him make a crowd proper roar with laughter – The guy is a total natural and should be on he telly! The ceremony was so good – When the couple walk back up the aisle to Bruce Springsteen you KNOW its an absolute belter.
The only thing that could have made it better was if Georgia & Callum’s wee dog Barney could be there.. AND HE WAS! With the help of the Wedding Day Dog Chaperone Jemma from Hounds & Heritage. Every wedding should include your dog!

I actually had to go back and edit this blog because I was typing too much, so here is a shortened version of the best bits;
- The couple doing Rock, Paper, Scissors for the quiche (Georgia/Cider won with Paper!).
- Georgias Step-Dad Rob gifting Callum a 4 slice toaster during his speech.
- The most animated veil I have ever seen in my life! Honestly, it needs an exorcist.
- Callums insanely camp energy during the cheers on the couple shoot – Ru Paul loves you, big man!
- Georgia getting the Crocs on before she started dancing – Function over Fashion, people!
- Callum rocking the heart shaped glasses better than anyone else – Sorry girls!
