Saadia & Alan got in touch with me via Instagram after searching for #GlasgowWeddingPhotograher! God bless hashtags. Then when they said they were having a small intimate wedding at 23 Montrose street I was over the moon. Truly #Blessed to have another Montrose Street Glasgow Wedding.

There’s something really special about these wee, intimate city center weddings at 23 Montrose street – I fell in love with them over lockdown… and not because it was our only source of income…. The main reason, though – Is the focus of the day is purely about the couple. The addition of things like handfasting, or poems read by friends or family also adds to this intimate, personal day.

These wee types of Glasgow City Centre elopements are perfect for anyone who wants a fuss-free day with their closest family members and friends – The numbers might be wee but the love is as big as ever!

It also means you can be really ruthless with the guest list – There is no room for anyone you’re unsure of – Both emotionally and physically (The rooms are tiny….) – But the love fills the room no bother as we’re taken through the story of how these two met, the adventures they’ve been on and what brings them here today.

After a short ceremony, we took to the streets of Glasgow for around an hour hitting some of our favourite spots to get some epic photos of these guys looking like absolute rock stars. They told me they wanted photos to look back on a time “When they were cool” and I think they absolutely nailed it.

Seriously two of the coolest cats I’ve ever met!
