House for an Art Lover Autumn Wedding • Chloe & Chris • October
Sunday, October 5th, saw Chloe and Chris get hitched at the House for an Art Lover in the South Side of Glasgow, and honestly, the whole thing was pure dead brilliant! Mackintosh’s masterpiece was lookin’ mint, makin’ the whole day feel dead fancy, but the atmosphere? Pure laughs.
Before we get to HFaAL though, I am writing here to remind myself and any future couples – Try to not get married the same day as the Great Scottish Run! However, it did mean I got to drive through Bellahouston Park, which was pretty surreal TBH – Weddings are mental, and the things you get to do just cause you’ve got a camera will never cease to amaze me!
A massive shout-out to their celebrant, my pal and a very heavily pregnant Rachel Heyes. She was —like, ready-to-pop pregnant—but she absolutely smashed it. She was brilliant, setting the tone for the whole thing. What a trooper!
We managed to dodge the rain like champions for their couple photos. We got some absolutely epic photos outside, with the autumn colours lookin’ stunning for these two wee goffs.
Then, came the family photos, which were nothing short of a riot—a lot of brilliant chaos and fun. It was honestly pure class from start to finish.
And here’s the best bit: the couple’s beloved wee cats were there… well, in big face form! Imagine a massive, blown up photo of a cat staring at you while you’re partying on the dance floor. Total fever dream. If that doesn’t make you want to Party then I don’t know what to tell you.
Chloe and Chris, you pair are a total hoot. What a belter of a day!
