Now, I’m going to be real here – Photographing weddings in December is not my favourite! However, when its a venue like Citation in Glasgow, it was an immediate yes for Jen & Colin.

Everyone knows how much I love shooting in the City Centre. Citation (located at 40 Wilson Street, right in the middle of the town) is no exception.
Did you know it used to be a the former Sheriff Court building? Probably why a Criminal like me feels so comfortable in there! (note – I am not a criminal)….I think ill stop talking there so we can enjoy some photos…

Jen & Colin are a very, VERY fuss free couple. But a massive shout out to Jen for being THEE most organised bride I have ever dealt with. You are a dream, Jen! Anything I needed from her was delivered IMMEDIATELY, no nonsense. The venue also told me how great she was too – You’re some wumman, Jen!

Because they are so fuss free, these two decided to not go for morning prep photos. This meant my day (and their story) started with Colin arriving at the venue. Any nerves were very quickly settled by the fantastic Carol Knight from Humanist Society Scotland. She is such a professional!

Highlight of the day was walking from the venue right round to the registry office in Glasgow to post their marriage certificate! Honestly. I think these two win the Guinness world record for fastest recorded marriage – brilliant!
