For this one I was assisting Neil again at the amazing Killearn Village Hall. I am a HUGE fan of village hall weddings – there’s just something so nice and kitsch about them, especially when they’re dressed for a wedding – I love bunting and festoons! (Thats string lights btw, I had to google it the first time I heard the word…)
The weather was rotten, but thats the risk you run getting married in October, which by the way is my favourite time to photograph weddings – the colours are unbeatable. Well worth getting rain on my glasses for! All the personal details really added to the earthy, autumnal wedding.
Despite the weather these two had a total scream – Literally every photo during the ceremony and speeches had them grinning from ear to ear. One of those weddings where I find myself sitting smiling as I choose the photos for a blog – They’re the best ones.
