Fruin Farm Wedding Photography, Annabelle & Cameraon, 5th of November.
For full day weddings I always meet with the couples before they book. I think it’s really important that we all get on and have the same vibe. I ALWAYS start a call by saying that its more important they get the right photographer than I get the job. I’m an honest salesman!
I normally only meet couples over Zoom. It’s easy for everyone and you get to sit in your pyjamas. But Annabelle & Cameron were up for going old school and meeting face to face in a pub! To be honest, I’m so glad we did. We talked tattoos, cats and food – and tbh thats some of my favourite topics so I knew their wedding was going to be a cracker.
I actually love chatting to my couples and then keeping up to date via Instagram. By the time the wedding rolls around you feel like your good pals and are actually buzzing to catch up with them again.
I’d been to Fruin Farm once before and absolutely loved it – So it was great to be back. ESPECIALLY as the couple had booked none other than the amazing David Smith AKA David The Humanist! (I cannot stress enough how much I love David).

One of the most beautiful parts of the day, and one of my favourite moments all year, was the first look between the couple.
They took 10/15 minute before their ceremony to share a moment together. Peace and quiet between them before the ceremony. Some times to take a breather and drink each other in. It was beautiful. I would recommend any couple do it.
After this there was literally no tension during the day – Annabelle & Cameron were two of the most chilled out people I have ever met. Honestly loved spending their day with them and their families. Just surrounded by love the whole day with the couple at the centre of it. Pure perfect.
Oh and these two were absolute geeks who didn’t take themselves too seriously and THAT is the ultimate ingredient for great photos! As seen by these two bozos busting out the Zoidberg walk…. just go see.
Thanks again A&C! You guys are amazing!
